Kingsway Community Trust are looking for an ECT teacher to join our team at Green End in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will be creative and innovative in their approach to learning who can demonstrate a strong track record of outstanding teaching. They will be a creative and highly motivated professional who has a very positive, ‘can do’ attitude. A very strong commitment to raising aspiration and attainment in an urban setting is essential. We have an excellent track record for supporting and developing teachers at the early stages of their career and offer very high quality, individualised induction support.

What the school offers its staff
Kingsway Community Trust is a Multi Academy Trust made up of , Ladybarn Primary School, Cringle Brook Primary School and Green End Primary School. This provides the staff and children of both schools with enhanced development and networking opportunities.
The Trust is led and managed by one Executive Headteacher and one Trust Board. In each school there is a full time Head of School who lead and manage alongside the Executive Headteacher.
