What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic teacher with the energy and commitment to inspire and nurture our children in all aspects of school life. Our children are seeking a teacher who is caring, friendly and provides exciting opportunities for challenge within their learning.
We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers as we are keen to appoint the right person for our school.
The successful candidate will be well supported by a strong teaching and leadership team, in a thriving two-form entry school with engaged and motivated learners. There will be a supportive induction process as the teacher becomes part of our school team. We ensure every year group has PPA together including regular access to subject leaders. As a school we also give considerable value to staff well-being and workload - we listen to staff and adjust our practice accordingly as we aim to maintain a sustainable and happy school environment.
