What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is highly motivated and committed to quality teaching and learning - keeping children at the heart of everything we do;
- Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice with high expectations for achievement and proven behaviour management experience;
- Has a positive outlook, a sense of humour and the ability to work closely with other professionals;
- Has a commitment to success and inclusion for all pupils, through being able to attune effectively to the needs of children and build positive relationships;
- Has the ability to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum to inspire, motivate and support our learners;
- Is responsible for the management and deployment of other staff within the class;
- Has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
- Will be part of our dedicated and caring team of professionals.
