What skills and experience we're looking for

Shooters Grove Primary School is seeking an inspiring, child-centred KS1 class teacher to join our dedicated team and play a key role in our continued journey of improvement, as we prepare to join INOVA Multi-Academy Trust in July 2026.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and talented practitioner who is highly effective in the classroom and demonstrates high expectations for all learners. They will be aspirational in their outlook, with the drive, resilience and ability to contribute meaningfully to the next phase of the school’s development.
