• Recent experience of teaching KS2 year groups
• Is highly motivated and enjoys getting all children to succeed
• A positive approach to teaching and behaviour management
• Understanding of a restorative approach
• Ability to lead a curriculum subject such as music or art would be preferable, but not essential
