What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has previous experience of teaching Key Stage 2.
• Can demonstrate the Teachers’ Standards through their teaching and through their personal and professional conduct.
• Through knowledge of the primary curriculum and how children learn best, can make lessons relevant, challenging and fun so that every child enjoys learning and is able to know and do more.
• Is committed to the Trust’s vision and values which are placed at the heart of all we do.
• Will lead a subject across the whole school, and in doing so help to inspire, motivate and support other teachers.
• Has a commitment to continued personal professional development in order to further develop skills and knowledge and leadership.
• Through excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work collaboratively in our team and build positive professional relationships in the best interests of our pupils.
• Has a willingness to participate fully in the school community and wider opportunities.
