  • QTS
  • Know, understand, appreciate and work within the well-established culture of the school
  • An interest in cognitive science and what it tells us about how to optimise learning
  • A relentless drive to improve practice as you come to learn about and understand the school’s very specific approach to curriculum and pedagogy
  • Have high expectations of all learners and know how to use these to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils
  • Willing to embrace and fully participate in the school’s bespoke CPD processes
  • Able to demonstrate that they can collaborate effectively with a year group colleague, staff in their phase and across the school
  • Know that pupils demonstrating impeccable behaviour in class and around school is the responsibility of all staff, using the established procedures to support this expectation
