What skills and experience we're looking for

Our Key Stage 2 Teacher will be an excellent class teacher, creating an organised and purposeful climate and ensuring that children in the year group thrive. They will be instrumental in applying the school’s vision and values and securing improvements in teaching and learning in Key Stage 2. Strong and clear communication with children, colleagues and parents are essential. A ‘can-do’ positive approach and an ability to effect change quickly yet effectively will be required. This position would suit an experienced class teacher who is looking to take the next step towards school leadership.
