What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a committed, flexible Main Pay Range teacher (suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers) who will:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet National Curriculum expectations and promote strong progress and outcomes for all pupils.
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupils’ learning and set appropriate, challenging work, in school and beyond.
  • Contribute to whole-school initiatives, curriculum development and the consistent delivery of SPAG and writing across year groups.
  • Promote pupil safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour in line with our therapeutic approach.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionally supervise support staff to maximise pupil progress.
  • Take an active part in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular activities and the wider personal development agenda.

This post will be part of a supportive, purposeful team that values reflective practice and continuous professional improvement.
