What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a committed, flexible Main Pay Range teacher (suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers) who will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet National Curriculum expectations and promote strong progress and outcomes for all pupils.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupils’ learning and set appropriate, challenging work, in school and beyond.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives, curriculum development and the consistent delivery of SPAG and writing across year groups.
- Promote pupil safety, wellbeing and positive behaviour in line with our therapeutic approach.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionally supervise support staff to maximise pupil progress.
- Take an active part in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular activities and the wider personal development agenda.
