St Anthony’s Catholic Primary Academy are looking for an individual with commitment, energy and drive to join our leadership team as the current post holder will be retiring.

This is an ideal opportunity for a good or outstanding teacher with subject leadership experience to join our SLT and lead an inspiring curriculum to further improve standards of education across the academy. In addition to being an inspiring & excellent class teacher, you will work to quality assure, coach and support teaching across the academy. You will:

Be an excellent classroom practitioner.
Ensure that pupils make excellent progress in relation to national expectations.
Be an effective and proactive subject coordinator.
Be committed to making a positive contribution to the strong Catholic Ethos of our academy.
Work in partnership with the leadership team, MAC employees, all staff, parents, carers and governors.
Our teachers are employed under the terms and conditions for Teachers and we continue to be part of the Teachers’ Pension Agency.

Our commitment to effective safeguarding means that this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
