- A proactive teacher who will help and support others and work collaboratively as a team. To carry out self-assessment activities to support the self evaluation and improvement planning.
- Someone who cares and supports all pupils and has high expectations for behaviour and learning, with a good working knowledge and understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour management strategies.
- An excellent communicator.
- Someone that maintains an up to date knowledge and understanding of professional duties of teachers and the statutory framework within which they work.
What the school offers its staff
