Desford Primary School is a vibrant and flourishing school at the heart of the village community. We have around 400 pupils in fourteen classes and are in the midst of significant growth due to large-scale house building in the village. We were awarded "Good" school grading in the Ofsted Inspection of July 2017. The report describes very high standards in all aspects of the school's activities. All school staff are dedicated and capable practitioners and the quality of teaching is at a consistently high level. Outcomes for pupils are consistently good throughout the school.
