Class Teacher job summary
We are seeking a well-organised, dynamic, and highly motivated individual who is passionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to foster a rich and engaging curriculum that supports and challenges all learners.
You will be someone who can captivate and motivate students of all abilities, instilling in them a lasting appreciation for education. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues within the school and across the wider MAC community, contributing positively to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives.
A proven track record of securing positive outcomes for pupils is essential, alongside a commitment to continuous professional development and the drive to make a meaningful impact in a faith-based educational setting.
A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people is vital, as is the ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff alike.
The ability to teachthe national curriculum is a key requirement for this role. There may also be opportunities to contribute to extracurricular enrichment, including clubs, workshops, and trips that enhance students' learning experiences beyond the classroom. Specific responsibilities will be discussed at interview and tailored to the strengths and interests of the successful candidate.
