Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher ready to make a real impact in the classroom? At Hexthorpe Primary Academy, we are seeking two enthusiastic Class Teachers to join our vibrant team on a full-time maternity cover basis.

  • Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support individual progress
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive school improvement
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support a strong school community

Hexthorpe Primary school is a very large and expanding school situated in the village of Hexthorpe, close to Balby and Doncaster city centre.

Our aim is to provide a stimulating, safe and caring environment where we can develop children academically, socially, emotionally and creatively so that they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to thrive as they mature and grow. We strongly believe in providing the best education for each and every child, and we aim to develop this in partnership with parents, families and the wider community.
