What skills and experience we're looking for

This post is initially offered as a maternity cover position; however, there may be opportunities for permanent orfixed-term contracts depending on school needs and candidate suitability.

The successful candidate will be supported by an experienced mentor throughout their first year at the school.This post offers the opportunity for the right person to develop their own practice and leadership through regular1:1 interactive development meetings with their phase leader focusing on personal reflection, coaching andproblem-solving.
