The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in a primary school setting and supporting pupils with SEND.
Strong understanding of the curriculum and pedagogy.
Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
A reflective approach to professional practice and a desire for continuous improvement.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
