Class Teacher (Maternity Leave Cover) job summary

Pudsey Primrose Hill Primary School are seeking a Class Teacher in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 for a September 2022 start. This is a full time post to cover maternity leave in the first instance. The ideal candidate would be a strong, experienced classroom practitioner who shares our ethos and values and has good experience either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 settings. We are looking for a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our friendly and aspirational school. The successful applicant will work as part of an experienced and talented team of teachers and support staff. The successful applicant will: ● Be committed to putting the children at the centre of their practice; ● Be an experienced and strong classroom practitioner; ● Be positive, motivated and enthusiastic; ● Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ● Have high expectations of attainment and behaviour; ● Be highly organised and well-prepared; ● Be committed to promoting children’s individuality. Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust’s policies and procedures and Pudsey Primrose Hill Primary School’s safeguarding and child protection policies.
