  • Foster a classroom culture that promotes curiosity, resilience, and enjoyment of learning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leaders to continually improve practice

For candidates taking on the Phase Lead role, responsibilities will also include leading and supporting a team of teachers, ensuring consistency and high standards across the phase, and contributing to the development of teaching, learning, and curriculum design across the school.

You will be a reflective practitioner who values professional development and enjoys contributing to the wider life of the school. Experience of adapting teaching to meet a range of needs is important, alongside a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for every pupil.
