What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you ready to shape the lives of our young vulnerable children with SEMH and SLCN needs?

Do you want to make a lasting impact on the development of a new primary specialist support base?

Do you have the drive and intuition for special educational needs we require to join our teaching team?

The Cabin at William Leech is looking for an experienced SEND Teacher to join the team and be responsible for the effective teaching and learning and well-being of pupils with complex needs. You will have a passion for meeting the needs of children who have experienced a challenging start to their young lives.

This is a rare opportunity to help build and shape a bespoke learning environment and curriculum that cares for and supports children with additional needs, ensuring they receive the personalised support that they need to thrive and make progress in learning.

The Cabin at William Leech provides a bespoke curriculum that meets children’s individual needs, small class sizes to ensure a sense of safety and wellbeing, and a trauma informed approach that requires all staff to be trained to respond to the children and families’ individual needs.
