What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking teachers who:
- Demonstrate strong teaching skills and the ability to create engaging, well-structured lessons that help pupils make good progress
- Are ambitious for every child and committed to raising standards, whatever pupils’ starting points
- Welcome working in a diverse, inclusive school and understand the importance of meeting the needs of pupils with SEND, EAL and those requiring additional support
- Care about developing the whole child, including pupils’ confidence, independence, behaviour, wellbeing and love of learning
- Work positively with colleagues, parents, carers and external agencies to secure the best outcomes for pupils
- Are reflective, organised and willing to learn, whether as an Early Career Teacher or an experienced teacher
- Bring enthusiasm, resilience and a positive outlook to school life, and want to contribute to our journey towards excellence
