Class Teacher - Nursery/EYFS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Class Teacher who is passionate about teaching and learning and committed to helping every pupil achieve their full potential.

The Role

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who will contribute positively to our school community and provide high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver high-quality teaching, pedagogy and practice, securing consistently good or outstanding teaching and learning.

• Ensure that every pupil is supported to reach their full potential.

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

• Create and maintain a dynamic, stimulating and inspiring learning environment.

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and governors.

• Work effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Essential Requirements

The successful candidate must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have a genuine passion for teaching and learning.

• Demonstrate high expectations of pupil achievement, behaviour and progress.

• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be committed to their own professional development and continuous improvement.

• Be able to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.

• Be able to converse fluently in spoken English and provide effective help, advice and support in a public-facing role.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo appropriate child protection screening for the post, including checks with previous employers and an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
