What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to recruit a dynamic and inspiring class teacher with the passion and enthusiasm to model the high standards and expectations within our academy. You will be part of a creative and professional team, with a strong desire to help us build upon our achievements and shape the future of Oasis Academy Skinner Street. The successful candidate will be based in KS1 or KS2, depending on their strengths.
We place a high value on wellbeing for staff and pupils and have been awarded the Silver Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award in recognition of this.

The ideal candidate will have:
- The experience and ability to plan for and deliver quality first teaching.
- Knowledge of a range of primary school interventions and provisions,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team
