MPS TEACHER – 1.0 FTE

We are seeking an exceptional teacher to join our dedicated team at Onny C of E Primary School, part of the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust (DHMat). This is a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and passionate educator who is eager to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.

Our federated school community thrives on a culture of collaboration and mutual support, working closely with our sister school (Lydbury North C of E Primary School) and within the wider community of the trust. We are committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that aims to inspire a lifelong love of learning in all our pupils. We place great emphasis on professional development and the sharing of best practices, ensuring our teaching staff are equipped to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and SIAMS, our school has demonstrated a strong commitment to educational excellence and the well-being of our students. We are looking for a teacher who embodies our school vision and values. The successful candidate should be experienced in teaching mixed aged classes and should have a good knowledge of the national curriculum.

The successful candidate will:

- Fulfil the duties and responsibilities as set out in the teaching standards

In return, we offer a supportive working environment, a close-knit school community, and opportunities for professional growth within the DHMat. As a valued member of our team, you will be encouraged to contribute your ideas and expertise, helping us to enhance our practices further.

If you are an enthusiastic educator with a passion for teaching, we would be delighted to receive your application. Please apply by 21st May, ensuring that your application highlights your relevant experience, your approach to teaching and your vision for leading a mixed-age classroom. You will need to be available to interview on the 23rd May.

Join us in shaping the future of our students at our rural primary school, where you can make a real difference every day. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
