You will have to work hard here, but only on the things that make a difference to children’s lives: we don’t do meaningless paperwork or data entry; we don’t grade lessons or monitor your planning; we don’t ask you to do pointless marking, but rather give you time to have meaningful feedback conversations with the children. What the school offers its staff

You will be joining a 2-form entry school that serves the diverse and vibrant community of Woolston in Southampton (Ofsted Good June 2019).
