What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential

  • Successful teaching experience
  • The ability to enable children to exceed their potential
  • A proven track record in relation to pupil progress across the curriculum

Desirable

  • Successful experience of teaching and supporting children with SEND
  • Experience of teaching in other key stages
  • Experience of leading a subject area
  • Knowledge of synthetic phonics schemes
