- A candidate that is passionate about Early Years
- A practitioner that is focused on giving all children the confidence and skills they need to make a great start to their education.
- An excellent team player with great communication skills.
- The ability to enthuse and inspire our pupils.
- Fully committed to safeguarding the children in our care.
- Able to work in partnership with parents and carers to create a healthy, safe and caring atmosphere in which all children have equality of opportunity.
- Adaptable, reflective, and keen to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Excellent organisation and IT skills and ability to provide and maintain an engaging and challenging learning environment.
- A newly qualified teacher, early years teacher (willing to gain QTS) or experienced teacher. The successful candidate will work in a job share with our Assistant Headteacher in one of our 3 and 4-year-old classes.
