  • An extremely motivated individual with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
  • A teacher with an understanding of current educational research and who is committed to their professional development
  • Someone who will get involved and contribute to the wider life of the school
  • A commitment to building good working relationships with pupils, parents and the wider community.
  • Experience of effective subject leadership for those who are not early career teachers.
