What skills and experience we're looking for
- A strong class teacher or someone with the potential and resilience to become a strong classroom teacher with support.
- An extremely motivated individual with high expectations of learning and behaviour.
- A teacher with an understanding of current educational research and who is committed to their professional development
- Someone who will get involved and contribute to the wider life of the school
- A commitment to building good working relationships with pupils, parents and the wider community.
- Experience of effective subject leadership for those who are not early career teachers.
