What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Be an outstanding teacher who fosters a love of learning within their own classroom and knows how to develop this in others
- Have a genuine warmth towards all children and be fully committed to federation safeguarding practices
- Have successful experience of improving outcomes for children and can clearly demonstrate their impact on school development through accelerated pupil progress
- Have a secure understanding of assessment pedagogy and have the skills and motivation to develop effective assessment systems across the schools
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and work in line with federation policy and ethos
- Be highly motivated and committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and governors in taking the schools forward
- Willingness to lead a subject area/s.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to school improvement and new initiatives
