What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Classroom Teacher, and welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs)and experienced practitioners. You will be passionate about delivering high‑quality teaching, have a secure understanding of the National Curriculum, and be committed to meeting the needs of all learners.

ECTs will be supported through high‑quality mentoring and professional development, while experienced teachers will have the opportunity to contribute their expertise to curriculum development and the wider life of the school. All applicants should have high expectations for pupils, strong classroom practice, effective communication skills, and a clear commitment to safeguarding and professional growth.
