Start Date: September 2026
As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate primary students across KS1 and KS2. You will work to ensure that every child receives an ambitious education, regardless of their starting point, background, or need.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning: Plan and teach well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and subject knowledge.
Emotional Development: Develop the emotional skills of children to ensure they are able to receive the best teaching and learning in the classroom.
Inclusion: Use a range of strategies and ELearning tools to meet diverse learner needs and promote sustained progress.
Environment: Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment that complies with safeguarding policies.
Collaboration: Work as a dedicated team member, sharing effective practices and contributing to the overall ethos of the school.
You are an exemplary classroom practitioner who is reflective, resilient, and committed to driving up standards of achievement.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant Undergraduate Degree.
Experience teaching in a primary environment across both KS1 and KS2.
Secure understanding of the subjects and curriculum areas you teach.
A deep understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to the well-being of young people.
High levels of honesty, integrity, and a commitment to our "DANCE" values.
