The successful candidate will build positive relationships, demonstrate high expectations alongside warmth and understanding, and create a classroom environment where children feel safe, inspired and ready to learn.
At Red Lane, we are deeply committed to professional growth and development. We want our staff to thrive professionally while making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
If you are a reflective and ambitious teacher who values kindness, inclusion and teamwork, and who wants to be part of a school committed to continuous improvement and excellent outcomes for all pupils, we would love to hear from you.
