Hampton Vale Primary Academy is part of the Four Cs MAT and has already seen a rapid improvement to the school. This is an exciting time to be joining the MAT as it grows and all schools in the MAT have a common interest in improving the standards for children in Peterborough. The Trust’s vision is to ensure that every child succeeds; build on what learners already know; make learning vivid and real; make learning an enjoyable experience; and enrich students’ learning experience.

Lifelong Learning is at the heart of everything we do. We are keen to develop confident and resilient citizens, equipped to face the opportunities that are ahead of them in the 21st Century.

We are looking for someone who will:

Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and learning

Be able to show initiative as an individual but also work effectively as part of a wider team

Have high expectations of behaviour and attainment

Be a champion for every child, believing in success for all

Be able to embrace challenge

Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

In return we can offer you:

A friendly and welcoming team who are united in their drive to ensure children achieve the very best outcomes academically and socially

Polite and happy children who are keen and eager to learn, engaging parents and supportive Governors

A wide range of expertise and experience

Opportunities to share your strengths and learn with others

A school that is committed to professional development. We have a comprehensive and excellent CPD and induction programme

Supportive and caring Senior Leaders

Informal enquiries should be directed to Morgan Hunter on 01733 247000 or via vacancies@hvp.org.uk

Visits to the school are welcome and encouraged.
