We are looking for a dedicated, committed, enthusiastic and optimistic teacher who is willing to be an active member of our team and driven to inspire and motivate our pupils to achieve the best that they possibly can.

This advert is open to a teacher wishing to work in any of the primary key stages as we have some flexibility for where this vacancy can be placed.

What the school offers its staff

We joined The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust in August 2022 and work collaboratively as a family of schools across 3 regions; West Midlands, London and East Anglia.

The school has been on an incredible journey and we have a strong, committed staff team who are very supportive of what we are trying to achieve and put the children at the heart of all that we do.

Our pupils are wonderful! They are polite, courteous and well-mannered. They respond well to strong teaching and are appreciative of support and a positive, caring approach. Our parents are equally supportive of school and are very positive about the improvements that have been made.

All members of staff in school are important in helping the school to achieve its vision and aims. Staff are organised into teams (be it teaching or school support staff) and are led by a team leader. All staff are encouraged to be active members of their team and to contribute ideas and share experiences. There is a strong emphasis on professional development of our staff and this is tailored to the needs of the individual.

Staff are released with their year group partner for PPA and we are fortunate to have a specialist PE teacher and a HLTA who is skilled in providing support to our pupils with EAL.

Rounds Green Primary School is a larger than average, two-form entry primary school welcoming around 390 children from Nursery to Year 6.
We are situated in an urban area but the front of our school can be deceiving! Hidden at the back is a large field and a forest which provides both space and a learning resource for our children.
