Class Teacher & SENDCo job summary
Cedar Road Primary School are seeking to appoint an excellent class teacher with responsibility as our SENDCo. We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated person who will be committed to improving outcomes for all our children, along with a passion for providing inspirational learning experiences.

Cedar Road is a successful school situated near Abington Park in Northampton. There are two classes of 30 children in each year group and the year group teams work very closely together to deliver a high standard of education, experience and enjoyment for every pupil. Everything that we do is based around our values of Aspiration, Ambition, Courage and Respect throughout our school community.
At Cedar Road Primary School, we want all of our pupils to feel valued, confident and excited about their learning. We therefore encourage and support our pupils to be the best that they can be.
As part of the David Ross Education Trust, we provide a wide range of opportunities and experiences for our children. We offer a wide range of enrichment opportunities varying from the Arts to Sporting activities. All of our children take part in a theatre experience delivered from our partners at the Royal and Derngate Theatre. We have had visits from Olympic athletes including Mark Lewis-Frances who took part in races with each year group on our school field.
