What We Are Looking For Essential
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour
- Ability to assess, monitor, and raise pupil attainment
- Commitment to inclusive practice and meeting the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Desirable
- Experience of teaching in a Catholic school or supporting a faith ethos
- Understanding of the principles of Catholic education
- Experience of subject leadership or curriculum development
- A track record of improving pupil outcomes
- Familiarity with phonics and mastery approaches in maths
