As a class teacher, you will take responsibility for the learning, progress and wellbeing of your pupils, delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and aspiration. You will set high expectations for all learners and ensure teaching is inclusive and responsive to individual needs, so every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Strong relationships underpin effective learning at St Johns C of E Academy . You will foster a calm, respectful and purposeful classroom environment built on trust and harmony, where pupils feel safe, valued and confident to participate fully in their learning. You will be part of a collaborative community of colleagues who value teamwork, professional dialogue and shared responsibility.
