 To teach pupils in St. Leonard’s R.C. Primary School, meeting the requirements of a teacher as set out in the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and The Professional Standards for Teachers To support the ethos, values and aims of this Catholic school community  To contribute to and comply with school policies and undertake appropriate risk assessments  To have high expectations of themselves and all pupils and to act as a role model to pupils  Raising standards of pupil attainment and progress for their class and the whole school community  To work as a member of a team and to contribute positively to effective working relationships within the school  To contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of the school curriculum  To engage actively in Performance Management and Professional Development and partnership working
