About the Role

The Governors of The Bellbird Primary School are excited to offer an opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic, and highly motivated teacher to join our warm and welcoming team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled and reflective practitioner who is passionate about inspiring children and helping them achieve their full potential. This opportunity is open to Eearly Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced teachers.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Leads by example, with high aspirations for all pupils and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
  • Uses positive behaviour strategies and builds strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
  • Has a sound understanding of SEND and adapts teaching to meet the needs of every learner.
  • Communicates effectively with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community.
  • Contributes positively to a team culture built on trust, respect, and shared goals.
  • Embraces the values and vision of The Bellbird Primary School, with a genuine passion for child development and wellbeing.
