Brackensdale Spencer Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Enhanced Resource Teacher to join our dedicated team and lead high-quality provision for pupils within our Enhanced Resource Unit (ER).

Brackensdale Spencer Academy is a warm and welcoming, two-form entry primary school located in Mackworth,

Derby. We are also proud to be part of the Spencer Academies Trust, a highlysuccessful MAT based in the East Midlands.

As our Enhanced Resource Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering tailored learning experiences for children with a range of needs, including ASC, communication and interaction differences, and complex learning profiles. You will work closely with the SENDCo, teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to ensure each child reaches their full potential.

This post is suitable for an experienced teacher looking for a fresh, exciting opportunity, or a newly qualified teacher looking for their first teaching role.

The successful candidate must be a person with energy, passion and commitment who can instil a love of learning by delivering inspirational and fun lessons to enthused, confident children with a range of needs and starting points.
