Class Teacher & Trust SEND job summary

This exciting position offers the opportunity to spend:

3 days each week as a class teacher and SENCO at Townville Academy

1 day each week working strategically across Accomplish Multi Academy Trust, supporting SEND development, inclusion and best practice across our academies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about ensuring every child receives the support they need to achieve their very best.

As Townville Academy's SENCO and class teacher, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional teaching whilst leading SEND provision across the academy. You will work closely with leaders, teachers, families and external agencies to ensure that children with additional needs receive high-quality, personalised support and thrive within an inclusive learning environment.

Alongside this, you will become part of the wider Accomplish MAT Education Team, working one day each week alongside our Director of Education and school leaders to strengthen SEND practice across the Trust. This strategic work will include:

Supporting school leaders to develop outstanding inclusive practice.

Coaching and developing colleagues across our academies.

Sharing evidence-informed approaches to SEND.

Supporting quality assurance and strategic development.

Contributing to trust-wide professional development.

Helping shape the future vision for inclusive education across Accomplish MAT

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
