Class Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Primary Teacher to join a strong and supportive team within this primary setting where teachers are committed to delivering a high quality, lively and interesting curriculum.
We are a small , rural school with 105 children on role, from Nursery to Year 6. All classes are mixed year groups and we are supported by the Tudor Grange Academy Trust which is based in Solihull. Our school provides a unique and exciting environment for pupils to learn, where our strength is based on the relationships that we build with children and families and the close community that we support in Warwickshire.
We are looking for applicants who:
Are passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and energetic
Are committed to the highest possible standards of attainment and behaviour
Have a good understanding of how children learn
Are caring and who value building strong relationships with all stakeholders and a culture of respect in the classroom
Have experience in a primary school
Have highly effective, well developed classroom management skills
Are able to inspire and motivate both pupils and colleagues
Enjoy working as part of a team
