  • Deliver an engaging, creative and ambitious curriculum that inspires curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Build positive relationships and create a classroom culture where every child feels safe, valued and that they belong.
  • Be a reflective practitioner who is professionally curious, open to new ideas and committed to developing their practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing expertise, embracing new approaches and contributing positively to our evolving school.
  • Develop strong, professional relationships with children, colleagues and parents.

In return, we can offer:

  • The opportunity to join a school at an exciting point in its development and contribute to shaping its future.
  • A welcoming, vibrant school where new ideas are encouraged and staff are empowered to make a difference.
  • Positive, enthusiastic children who are motivated and engaged in their learning.
  • A friendly and supportive team committed to working together for the benefit of every child.
  • A commitment to professional learning, collaboration and helping every member of staff reach their full potential.
  • The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to a school community where inclusion, high expectations and a sense of belonging are central to our work.

If you share our ambition for children and want to be part of a team that is committed to learning, collaboration and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.
