Your role:
As a Year 2 Class Teacher at Welbourne Primary Academy, you will provide high-quality teaching to maximise learning for every individual pupil. You will promote the social and emotional well-being of each pupil, involving other professionals as necessary. Embracing our aspirational culture, you will effectively implement our Trust wide pedagogy model to ensure high quality teaching for all learners.
To excel in this role, you should possess a deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and effective teaching and learning styles. Experience in planning, marking, and assessing pupil work is essential, along with the ability to maintain positive behaviour and discipline among pupils. Strong communication skills to collaborate with parents and outside bodies are crucial. Additionally, you should be committed to continuous professional development and safeguarding the well-being of all students. You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
