What skills and experience we're looking for
West Hill Primary Academy are looking to recruit a hardworking, conscientious Class Teacher to join a vibrant, hard-working and excellent team of teachers. This is a part time position working Wednesday to Friday.
Every teacher is entitled to the best possible CPD. No teacher is ever left to plan alone. Reducing teacher workload and improving teacher well-being is a priority. Governance arrangements fully support the development of teachers, enabling them to concentrate on teaching and learning. A high priority is placed on developing the deeper learning of basic skills, whilst at the same time developing a broad and balanced curriculum of foundation subjects. This search is not part of the shortlisting process itself, and all shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to address any issues of concern resulting from the search.
Two references are also required prior to commencement of employment.
