A new and exciting opportunity has arisen at Newlands Primary School – are you looking for a new challenge? We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Class Teacher with an additional responsibility for Whole School Curriculum Leadership. As a key member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, you will drive forward the quality of education and progress for our children.
We are in an exciting period of change at Newlands and, for the right candidate, the role will offer the opportunity to grow and support a school to rapidly improve.
This is a full time, permanent post and the Key Stage area is negotiable. This position will be paid on MPS/UPS with an allowance of TLR2.

Newlands is a friendly and supportive school with happy, motivated and well behaved children and everyone works hard together to achieve their full potential. Our building is situated on the borders of Barwell and Earl Shilton and takes children from both villages. We are fortunate in having extensive grounds that include a Forest School and large playgrounds that include a football and basketball court. Our grounds provide an excellent environment for developing learning outside the classroom.
The school has close links with the local community and values its partnerships with parents and carers. We currently have 292 children on roll.
