  • Is aspirational for all children (and adults).
  • Will help children to develop a lifelong love of learning and especially reading.
  • Is receptive to new ideas and approaches.
  • Is astute, forward-thinking, and willing to think creatively.

In return, we can offer:

  • An inclusive school with family centred values which encourages all to grow and flourish.
  • Happy, confident children who are curious to learn.
  • Supportive leadership that will contribute to your continued professional development within school and across Infinity Academies Trust
  • A kind and caring atmosphere where all our pupils and staff are valued.
  • An exciting enquiry curriculum steeped in authentic outcomes and rich experiences.
  • A position that provides a close working relationship with the SLT and opportunities to develop your own teaching pedagogy.
  • Regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues from across Infinity Academies Trust to ensure our children are reaching their full potential and receive consistently good teaching.
  • A hardworking, friendly, supportive, and dedicated professional team of colleagues.
  • A beautiful school site that offers opportunities for high-quality outdoor learning to support classroom study & play.
  • A dedicated employee assistance programme delivered by Education Support, a resource that can help manage and navigate personal and professional pressures, helping to achieve a successful work-life balance and providing 24/7 counselling and financial guidance.
