We are seeking a passionate Year 1 Class Teacher to join our dedicated and dynamic team at Cromwell Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on young children's educational foundations.

The successful candidates will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Understanding of continuous provision
Ability to create an inspiring learning environment
Commitment to child-centred learning approaches
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and contribute to the wider school community
