Class Teacher - Year 2 job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our teaching team from January 2021 (or as soon as possible after that date). Applications from teachers who would like to apply either for the full-time role or as a job-share would be welcomed.
The post is to work with our Year 2 class of only 20 children, supported by a full-time Teaching Assistant.
This post could be suitable for an NQT or a more experienced teacher.
Initially this post would be temporary until the end of the academic year but is likely to become permanent.
The successful applicant will need:
• To be an excellent classroom practitioner with motivation and creativity.
• The ability to work well in a team and form positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Dedication and high expectations of themselves and the children they teach.
