We are looking for to recruit a class teacher with high expectations to join our happy and successful team. We welcome applications from experienced teachers, as well as ECTs. The year group is negotiable depending on the successful candidate's experiences. Please make your year group experiences to date clear on your application form, either within your employment history or within your supporting statement. The salary will be based on Teachers' pay scales, and is dependant on experience. We are also able to consider applications from candidates seeking flexible working options, e.g. we can offer permanent or fixed term contracts, ands we can consider applications from candidate seeking to work 4-4.5 days a week, as well as those seeking full time hours.

For ECTs, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme tailored to our school using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. We have an excellent track record of support for ECTs, ensuring all our ECTs pass induction as good or better teachers. For experienced teachers, we offer subject specific training and access to NPQs for middle & senior leadership development.

We are a 2-3 form entry school in the Selhurst area of Croydon, with an 'Enhanced Learning Provision' in the heart of a vibrant community.
