What skills and experience we're looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (or evidence of close to completion)
  
• To have clear understanding of the relevant Curriculum and its application through creative learning experiences
• A knowledge of strategies that enable the teacher to teach mixed ability pupils within the same class and provide work which is differentiated to cater for the entire ability range
  
• Knowledge of SEND procedures and the ability to match the curriculum to individual needs.
  
• The ability to plan and teach the relevant curriculum.
